As CIO of Wesfarmers-owned Blackwoods, Claudio and his team led a complex transformation program that evolved the business capability and enabled business functions to work on any device from any location. Claudio believes that a high-performing team with strong and respectful values is the key to successful execution.

Nicola Dorling has worked with ASX listed, Global Multinationals and government departments to develop and execute strategic business, finance, and technology transformations for more than 20 years. Passionate about technology-driven business transformation, Nicola is a Partner at Deloitte, helping her clients harness the power of technology to deliver business outcomes. Nicola is an advisory board member and former chair of the CIO Executive Council and has led technology transformation programs at Cardno, University of New South Wales, Sydney Trains, Caltex and GrainCorp.

An innovation obsessed leader, Parth has directed several Digital Transformations and been instrumental in the development of organisations operating major brands such as IGA, ComicCon, PAX, Hair Expo, BridgeClimb Sydney & MusterFire International.

Kirk Downey has over 20 years of experience managing substantial IT organisations and in Management Consulting and Business Transformation. As a leader at Cap Gemini, Centrica, Logica and Brambles, Kirk helped companies develop their IT capabilities and design and deliver global technology strategies and digital transformation programs. As the Head of IT Asia Pacific at CHG-MERIDIAN, Kirk plays an integral role in the company's digital workplace journey and in transforming existing systems to deliver better user experiences for employees and customers. Kirk is also the CIO of CHG-MERIDIAN's subsidiary, Equigroup.

As an experienced content creator, writer, communicator and public speaker - O’Brien has found her niche weaving ‘human-led’ storytelling into the realm of business and tech.
